
What is Yoga Nidra?

| $65Yoga Nidra is a subtle yoga practice to help down regulate the nervous system and improve relaxation and sleep.
In this 1 hour workshop you will be given some context to the practice of yoga nidra and then we will experience the yoga nidra “space.”
The practice portion of the workshop will include some gentle yoga movements and yin yoga poses to open up the body in order to settle into your nidra practice with ease.
You will be guided through stages of relaxation and awareness to let go of the physical tension and quiet the thinking mind.
